      Account Executive
      We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Guaranteed Rate Insurance in accordance to established sales process and procedures, and in pursuit of the Company’s goals and objectives. The Account Executive will be responsible for building a client base by adding new clients, new lines of coverage, and growing current clients.  The Account Executive is an effective negotiator, presenter, motivator, and relationship builder.
                  In this position you will:
      • Provide quotations, pricing, and required information to clients and prospective clients and complete the sales process for each customer
      • Creates presentations to clients and prospective clients that demonstrate our company’s unique approach and culture, our expertise and service
      • Understands each client’s decision process, the people involved, the business’ goals, and how we can meet their expectations
      • Uncovers opportunities to add new product and coverage lines and to cross-sell clients
      • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners
      • Negotiates skillfully with clients, both internal and external partners
      • Develop comprehensive product knowledge to offer multiple insurance options
      • Assess the customer needs and advise clients and prospective clients on insurance coverage and protection optionsJob Requirements/Preferred Qualifications:
      • Two years prior Insurance sales experience
      • Licensed in Property and Casualty
      • Demonstrate good decision-making skills and assertiveness
      • Ability to effectively interact, engage and communicate with internal and external partners
      • Able to act with a sense of urgency and set deadlines 
      • The ability to work individually and within a team concept in a fun, fast-paced environment
      • Proficient of Microsoft Office products
